Description

We are delighted to present “Royal Flat” in Runswick Bay lower village.

Sleeping up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms (one King bedroom and one Double bedroom), this welcoming flat also allows a well behaved pet. 

Located in the centre of Runswick Bay lower village, Royal Flat offers spacious accommodation with sea views across the bay.

Wake up every morning and within minutes you can be strolling down the beach, or exploring the pathways that interweave themselves between the cottages in this pretty village. Or if you fancy the quiet life, take a seat by the window, read a book and watch the world go by.

All bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort at Royal Flat, Runswick Bay. A complimentary welcome pack is included and a car parking permit for use in the Pay & Display car park.

A well behaved pet is welcome at this property at no extra charge – additional terms apply and we ask that you bring your own bedding and bowls for your pet. Please note the staircase to the property is a flight of wooden steps which are partially open at the back, and inside the property, there are wooden floors.

And finally for those of you who can’t bear to be completely cut off from the world, Royal Flat has free Wifi.

In more detail, Royal Flat is accessed by its own private entrance
(please note there is an open wooden staircase of approximately 14 steps) and comprises:

  • A cosy bedroom with King size bed, comfort mattress and high quality cotton bed linen offering sea views towards the beach and the Sailing Club
  • Adjacent is the second cosy bedroom with double bed, comfort mattress and high quality cotton bed linen
  • The beds are made for your arrival and a towel per person is provided.
  • The flat has a break out area with day bed, large window with aspect views of the beach, TV with basic Sky package, and beautiful white shutters. Also near this area is a washing machine.

  • Royal Flat has a house bathroom with velux window, low level white WC, sink and shower

    And last but not least, the main appeal of this property is the open plan lounge/ kitchen / dining room.
    The spacious lounge offers a direct aspect to the sea,  Kettleness cliffs and beach complete with charming window shutters but you won’t want to shut out that incredible view ! (Binoculars provided)

    The kitchen includes everything you would expect from a holiday let, oven with grill, microwave, dishwasher, lots of pots and pans!

    Royal Flat, Runswick Bay offers free WiFi and a car parking permit which can be used in the Pay & Display car park.

From the A174, approach Runswick Bay via Ellerby Lane or Hinderwell Lane and turn down into the lower village via a steep 1:4 gradient hill.
Royal Flat is in the main lower village of Runswick Bay.
Turn left at the mini roundabout and drive into the village to the end of the road.

You can stop within 100 yards of the property on the road nearby to unload bags. Royal Flat is accessed via approx 14 open wooden steps to unload your bags, then your car must be parked in the Pay & Display car park – a short walk away from the property where we provide a permit for your use. The permit does not guarantee a space.

Additional vehicles must park in the Pay & Display car park where there is a daily charge. We recommend downloading the RingGo app prior to your arrival.
